SHIPPING:
All shipments require 24-48 hours for processing.Â
We cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any exact date. You will receive shipping updates/tracking information to the email address provided upon purchase. This is sent as an automated message and depending on your email settings might end up in your spam/junk folder.
Please allow UP TO 14 business days for arrival at your final destination. Gates & Boards is not responsible for any delays the carrier might experience.
Shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.Â
Gates & Boards reserves the right to decide whether to ship via Canada Post or another carrier depending on the customers location/needs.
We do not "safe drop" packages. All shipments will be sent as CARD FOR PICK UP to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. If you cannot be home to receive your package, a delivery note will be left and the item will be held at your nearest Canada Post depot for pick up. Please check your community mailbox for this notice if one is not left at your door. All tracking information can be followed via the link sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not see this email in your inbox please check your SPAM folder before reaching out.
We do not ship to mail forwarders.
Due to our dealer agreements we do not sell/ship outside of Canada.Â
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
All return requests are processed by email only. Please email [email protected] with any return requests.
Please include a copy of your invoice along with the reason for your return request. One of our e-com specialists will get back to you within 48 hours. If your purchase is eligible for a return we will email you a return label and issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please write that Return Authorization number on the outside of the package so it is clear and legible.
Please read the following information regarding return eligibility:
- Regular priced items purchased in store or online can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt (starting the day the package is received by the customer). Returned items will be shipped back at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. Authorized returns will be emailed a return shipping label to send the item back. Return shipping costs will be deducted off of the final refund/credit amount once the item is received/inspected back at Gates and Boards.
- Sale items purchased online are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return/refund/exchange of any kind in store or online.Â
- Items must be in original condition/packaging with tags attached and be unworn/unused/unwashed with proof of purchase.
- Ski and Snowboard equipment that has been mounted (out of the plastic/boxes with bindings attached) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a return/refund/exchange of any kind.
If items are returned in used or damaged packaging or condition, missing parts or accessories or hangtags/packaging, Gates & Boards reserves the right to decline the return or charge an additional restocking fee.
