All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. All sale items are considered final sale.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging, unless defective

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Skis, snowboards, and bindings that have been mounted are final sale and not eligible for return

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photo evidence of both the product and the outer packaging is required

  • Where possible, damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery before accepting the shipment

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • A refund will be issued after the item is returned to us and inspected

Photo documentation is required in order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Defective Products (After Use)

If a product becomes defective during normal use (e.g., tearing, breaking, or failure):

  • Determination of whether an item is defective is made by the manufacturer or brand, not Gates & Boards

  • Depending on the manufacturer’s process, we will either:

    • Assist you in submitting a warranty claim, or

    • Direct you to submit a claim directly with the manufacturer

Warranty coverage, timelines, and outcomes are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by brand.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless required by law:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Underwear

  • Items marked as final sale

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
