IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Gates and Boards offers refunds on regular-priced items purchased in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date.*

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days.*
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

*Gates and Boards reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or credit that does not meet these conditions or falls outside the 14-day window.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All online return requests must be submitted by email to info@gatesandboards.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number or invoice
  • Reason for the return

A member of our e-commerce team will respond within 48 hours. If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • A return shipping label

The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

ONLINE RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Regular-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery (starting from the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund once the item is received and inspected.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Proof of purchase is required

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • Ski and snowboard equipment that has been mounted or removed from original packaging is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Returns received in used, damaged, or incomplete condition (including missing packaging, tags, or accessories) may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
